I know this is bad etiquette, but I’m going away for a while and will not be posting. I should return in about a month. In the mean time, perhaps you could brush up on some basic lucid dreaming techniques? Maybe read about what you can use lucid dreams for once you’re lucid? Or maybe even listen to some interviews with the famous out of body researcher Robert Monroe.
If you want more things to check out, take a look at “The Best of Dreaming to Infinity”
I shall return sometime around the end of July.
Good dreams everybody,

Gosh, what a wonderful site. I've been practicing lucid dreaming for years now. My proficiency doesn't seem to grow on a linear scale however. Sometimes I'm really, really good. And then there's a few months where I don't manage it at all. I'm intending it better. Here's a story from years ago where I wish I had had my spiritual "balls" in place and I could have helped my friend I reckon.http://kaetiekalfou.eponym.com/blog/_archives/2006/7/18/2137051.htmlLove and respect, Kaetie
Hi Hatter, just posted a reply to your comment…as follows… Hi there, well, I'm writing it in retrospect. It's really a recapitulation. I'm emptying myself out and shedding my stories. It's working too! I've got Part I and II on the right hand bar, with chapter numbers. These move forward in linear time. Part II begins with a really significant moment for me in that I wrestled with spirit and overcame it. Everything seemed to change from that point on. I felt - still do - invincible after that. The left hand bar contains the things that are currently happening and stories I remembered that don't have too much to do with the main theme - which was illness to wellness initially, but now I'm not so sure ;). Mucho amor, Kaetie
Vacation eh?? Admit it - you're sipping martini's at the Dream Port Spa and Resort, celebrating your Blue Diamond award, astral travelling by day, lucid dreaming by night!!
Enjoy your vacation. I'll be going on an almost-as long vacation myself in September and I do feel ackward about "leaving the blog" during that time, too. It kinda feel like I'm abandoning a small pet.
Enjoy your vacation. We all need it from time to time.
